I am getting the error message, "All licenses are currently in use," when I try to access an article.

If you are getting the error message, "All licenses are currently in use,"it is because we only have a very limited number of users who can read/access articles from that journal directly online at any one time.

The way around this is to look up the journal title in our Journal Finder,
https://publications.ebsco.com/?custId=s5822178&groupId=main&profileId=pfui
Then drill down to the issue in which the article was published. You can then open the pdf in Adobe and/or download the pdf version directly to your computer.
